Who we are

WSP-Präzision specializes in the contract manufacturing of high-quality gear racks according to customer drawings. We produce prototypes, one-off parts, as well as small and medium-volume production runs for the mechanical and plant engineering industries. Our capabilities include manufacturing gear racks in a wide range of modules, dimensions, and quality grades. Depending on customer requirements, we supply milled, induction-hardened, as well as hardened and ground gear racks. We process materials including C45, 42CrMo4, stainless steels, and other special alloys. With more than 30 years of experience in gear manufacturing and a modern production facility, we meet demanding requirements for precision, straightness, surface quality, and dimensional accuracy. We also provide heat treatment, surface finishing, and complete machining services, including drilling, threading, and precision bores, from a single source. Our customers operate in industries such as mechanical engineering, automation, conveyor systems, food processing, and packaging machinery.
