Who we are

The company Wilhelmshaven steel trade and Cutting Service GmbH (WSZ GmbH) has emerged from the operation Wenger and Neuhaus OHG, of the 01 April was founded in 1986. The former founder and Jürgen Wenger Werner Neuhaus are still shareholders of the company and are crucial for the career of the company. On 01 July 2000, the establishment of the Rare Disease GmbH and 01 was October 2000, the move to the Emsstraße 29 in Wilhelmshaven. The company manufactures WSZ on the latest CNC controlled machines for the metal working industry. The company currently has 18 employees. To meet the customers requirements over the years, the machinery is constantly expanding gerechtzuwerden. The original area of the Autogenbrennschneidens followed laser cutting machines and a water-jet system. Its latest acquisition in the machinery of Rare Disease GmbH is a sand blasting machine. The PC equipment with the latest software ensures that the customer's specifications whether it be drawings, patterns, templates, sketches, files to almost all common formats (.dxf,. dwg) or even just ideas in CNC control commands can be implemented The flexibility of the company based on modern equipment and qualified personnel. We are certified by TUV Nord for the proper re-stamping of materials and products for pressure equipment in accordance with the Pressure Equipment Directive (97/23/EC) and the AD 2000 regulations (5106-W 3:04, version 04.2004). Regionally, we serve every day Wilhelmshaven, Friesland, Oldenburg and Bremen (2xwöchentlich). In our laser systems We will laser engrave for you on a size of max. 2500 mm x 16000 mm to a thickness of 15 mm. Of course, other formats are possible. We cut small (1000 mm x 2000 mm), medium (1250 mm x 2500 mm), large (1500 mm x 3000 mm), maximum (2000 mm x 4000 mm) and large formats (up to 2500 mm x 16000 mm ). We will laser engrave up to 15 mm mild steel, stainless steel and aluminum up to 12 mm to 6 mm. For the weld preparation, we have a laser system with bevel head! Possible are I, V & Y chamfers. With the aid of the oxy-fuel flame cutting, we can produce cost-cuts of 5 mm to 200 mm. Plasma blanks we provide with high precision and low cost even in small quantities individually for you here. With our continuous blasting machine we are able Profilstahlkonsruktionen, plates and other components of 1500mm width and 600mm height to shine.
