Who we are
We are the company who is focused on international quality standards in the surface treatment and machine processing. We are represented in electrical and automotive industry. Production and service of company is primary focused on soldering tips, different metal sets (elements) and decorative parts of tailpipes. To assure competitivness of our products, we constantly make new research and improving the production process, as well as education of our employees. It is especially obvious in the segment of surface treatment- galvanization, where from 2010, we are co- owner for the patent in the mode of processing the soldering tips. Commitment of all employees and team work, every day confirm our vision that ZAH is synonym for the company who acts in the step with time, but nevertheless one step before our competitors. CNC machining ZAH is manufacturer of precision products. In our production range there are different types of soldering tips, screws, nuts, guide pins, studs, sockets, connections and a lot of other products. We can offer you production from very simple to very complicated products. As a base materials we use copper, brass, aluminium, and different types of stainless steel and steel. CNC machining performs on the most contemporary centers for automatic processing. For machine processing we use CNC lathes and milling machines of world brands as it is Citizen, Deckel MAHO and Doosan. Using the mentioned machines we can supply you products which maximal diameter is in range 4-32 mm. Respecting the european quality standards and using the high technologie, our qualified staff can offer you complete project construction. Our products are customized to your special requirements. Galvanization Galvanization is the electrochemical process of protecting metal by electrlysis (oxidation/ reduction process that occurs at the electrodes during the passage of electrical current through the electrlyte). Galvanizing assure product protection from corrosion and wearability. As a base materials for process of galvanization appropriate are: steel, stainless steel, brass, copper, aluminium or ABS plastics. In the process of galvanizing, one or more extremely thin layers of only a few µm (1/1000 mm) are deposited onto the base material in the so-called galvanic cell. The product that is going to be coated is immersed into a metal salt solution (electrolytes) and connected with the negative pole (cathode) of a direct current source. The metal that is going to be deposited also enters the conductive bath in the form of anodes (positive pole) and as salt split into ions. Under current conduction, the metal ion that is going to be deposited goes into solution and is activated by the cathode, which represents the part and deposited there as a metal coating. Grinding is used for finishing, because it ensures a high surface quality. Polishing is the process of machining in which the removal of particles, is used to improve the appearance, to remove oxidation and formation of reflective surface. •Grinding- removal of part of material to leveling •Polishing- compressed material planning Welding Welding is the joining of two or more materials, by melting or pressing, with or without the addition of filler materials, in order to obtain a homogeneous weld. Welding versions in our production are: MIG, TIG, MAG and spot welding.
