Who we are
ZAKO Turčín is a Czech family-owned manufacturing company with more than 30 years of experience in precision metalworking and contract manufacturing. We specialise in CNC turning and turn-mill machining of demanding components according to customer drawings. Our capabilities include precision turned parts, shafts, flanges, sleeves, rollers and large-diameter components up to Ø620 × 2,000 mm. We support prototypes, small batches and serial production for customers across Europe. In addition to turning, we provide CNC milling, 5-axis machining, production of welded structures, robotic and manual welding, assembly, dimensional inspection and surface treatment. By combining these processes, we can take responsibility for the complete manufacturing chain—from material procurement and traceability to machining, heat treatment, surface finishing, inspection and final delivery. Quality and reliability are at the core of our work. We provide measurement reports and material certificates and operate in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 3834-2, EN 15085 CL1 and DIN 2303 Q2 requirements. We are looking for long-term cooperation with companies seeking a reliable European supplier of precision machined parts, turned components and complex welded and machined assemblies.
