As experts in Heidenhain plain text programming (iTNC 530/640), we create highly optimized NC programs externally while your spindles continue to run productively. Our unique process: Construction: We develop highly efficient clamping concepts and gauges in Autodesk Inventor. Validation through 3D printing: Using industrial FDM printing (Flashforge), we make designs tangible. We supply physical functional models and devices that can be tested for accuracy of fit and collision safety before the first chip. Process optimization: As an active member of the examination board for final apprenticeship exams (LAP), we guarantee quality at the state level.
