Who we are
We have been manufacturing for a wide range of customers and industries since 1992 - from the electronics, glass or automotive industries to mechanical engineering. State-of-the-art machines enable us to produce at the highest level of precision. In the newly built production hall in 2000 we mill parts up to 3000x800x720mm, we turn with a bar diameter of 80mm, chuck parts up to 300mm in diameter and we grind with max. 800x500mm. Series production is permanently checked in the measuring machine, measuring range 406x365x305mm. As a medium-sized company based in the Bavarian Forest, we and our employees are particularly challenged to assert ourselves on the market. For our production, this means being more perfect, cheaper and more reliable than the competition. As a specialist in machining, ZTS manufactures turned and milled parts from non-ferrous metals, quality and stainless steels, plastics or high-alloy special steels. Our production is geared towards small and medium series - therefore flexible and open to all customer requests. Fast delivery on time, precisely machined parts, the highest quality and efficiency in production - these are the prerequisites for perfect cooperation.
