Who we are
We present in great detail the technological opportunities of one of the factories of ZMM Bulgaria Holding JSC, ZMM Nova Zagora which is specialized for the production of gear wheels – spur and helical gears.Factory is equipped with gear grinding machines type Reishauer and Okamoto and also well equipped control laboratory. In February ZMM Nova Zagora, put into operation a new gear-grinding machine Niles ZE400/500 of the German company KAPP-NILES. The machine was purchased with the support of the Ministry of Economics and the Operational Program "Development of the Competitiveness of the Bulgarian Economy 2007-2013". It achieves quality 4 according to DIN 3962 for profile grinding of cylindrical gears with a maximum diameter of 500 mm. The machine is supplied with CAM software for creating a programs. ZMM Nova Zagora produce mechanical multiple friction disks clutches, spare parts, sprockets, toothed belt pulleys, accessories and units (gear boxes) for metalcutting machines, agricultural machines, woodworking machines and other machine tools. There is also workshop for thermal treatment as cementation and induction hardening. ZMM Nova Zagora is certified according ISO 9001:2000 and executes orders from European companies. Chamber and pit furnaces with working volume for heat treatment of the parts up to 950°C 1.1 Chamber furnaces for parts with max dimensions Height= 400mm Width- 800mm Length- 400mm 1.2 Pit furnaces for parts with max dimensions Diameter= 800mm Depth- 1200mm 1.3 Output power and operating frequency under high frequency hardening 60kW; 66kHz and 440kHz 1.4 Maximal dimensions of the high frequency hardened parts type- shaft Diameter- 80mm Length- 800mm type- disk Diameter- 250mm Thickness- 20mm We are mainly interesting in the cooperation of production of assembly units as well as parts and units.
