Thus, we offer our solid STEEL PROFILE according to your needs to: from simple DIN profile to the finished, complicated special profile. The FOUNDRY TECHNOLOGY processed today a wide variety of alloys of copper over steel to aluminum.In this area, various wrought copper products and castings are made: Those are forgings, fine and vacuum investment castings and sand, mask and centrifugal castings. And if you need a cast of your Rapid prototyping model, we pour it for you in the material of your choice. In the ANTRIEBSTECHNIK we specialized according to the needs of our customers to the product groups and plain bearings, gears and winches and linear elements for handling technology. The BEARING TECHNOLOGY, youngest member of this chain coincides with the current product from all areas of application of large-scale engines and general engineering. These include in particular bearing for large diesel engines in ships, locomotives or stationary systems, plain bearings for large compressors, turbines, gears and electrical machinery, wholesale plain bearings for cement mills and ore processing, thrust bearing pads for hydro-electric facilities, housing and plain bearings, Kippsegmentgleitlager as well as various forms of special bearings and multi-layer Verbundgußteilen. Finally, MECHANICAL ELEMENTS: They complement our program with high-precision steel shafts, flat and round guides, they are, as the profiles, handles up to eight feet long and individually. All products can be finished in the home as well as heat and surface treatment. Even fully assembled modules are possible.
