ZSO sees itself as a competent supplier and service provider in the metal Zerpanung (turning, milling, grinding) and component assembly. In the area of contract manufacturing (turning, milling, grinding and surface treatment), we offer our services from small series to medium runs with great variety. Here, the annual volumes of 5,000 St. can (with high complexity, Dreh-/Frästeil 50 min processing time) vary up to 1.4 million St. (simple turned part, about 1.5 min. Processing time). The possible workpiece sizes reach the maximum diameter of 400 mm when turning. In radial grooves on the outer contour may occur reduction of the workpiece diameter. During milling, we can work with our machining centers cube sizes up to 1000 mm. We also perform desired by impermeability tests also.
