And we offer the model to finished parts all from one source. Ongoing adjustments to the production process and quality assurance facilities in production are the advantages of our company. We produce on our farm in Derendingen mainly high-quality castings for the engineering industry. From single parts up to series. In the following procedure we produce your castings: * Sand castings from 50 grams to 200 kg. * Permanent mold castings from 10 grams to 10 kg. * Vacuum castings in the ceramic process to 6 kg. Aluminum castings have the advantage that they are often more economical to manufacture compared to welding, milling or assembly constructions. Mostly they are also stiffer and cheaper. The following work we offer: * Advice on the design * Preparation of the models and mold plates * Manufacture of castings * Organize the mechanical finishing * Surface application * Installation works
