ALu Premetaal ist ein Aluminium High Precsure Casting foundry for small parts in high volumes. An example of development together with the client ExactFit Casting TM . This is the name given for casting products to size which formerly underwent a number of mechanical operations.
It speaks for itself that this technology will lead to large costs reductions, without concessions to the functionalities of the product. ExactFit Casting TM is only possible when there is intensive cooperation of both of the development departments.
Also assembly and machining is possible.
