Who we are
ALUDESIGN is a leading specialist with over 20 years of experience in aluminium die-casting and mould construction. Discipline-related manufacturing: premium office furniture / car interior elements / medical equipment / laboratory equipment / lighting / other. ALUDESIGN has its own foundry and toolmaking (13 casting machines from 400t to 1.650t clamping force). ALUDESIGN as a contract producer (for OEM) offers: • mould design and production, • casting aluminium details: - from 0,5 kg to 25 kg -production series from 500 pcs./year to 120.000 pcs./year • CNC machining, • Surface finishing (raw, grinded, prepared for powderpainting (PFP), powderpainted, polished, chromed, xylan) • product assembly according to your standard • packaging (reused, collective or individual) and deliveries all over Europe. ALUDESIGN sells its products mostly in Western Europe and Scandinavian countries. We have ISO: 9001 / 14001 / 45000 certificates.
