ALUMETALL CZ s.r.o. - Aluminium Alloy Casting Foundry - ISO 9001: 2008 and ISO 14001: 2004 certified company. Customers highly appreciate: 1. Ensuring of complete technical development and 3D computer product designing in cooperation with the customer. 2. The construction and manufacture of foundry tools, its maintenance using non-abrasive dry ice blasting. This kind of blasting does not harm the shapes and surfaces of moulds thus considerably extending their service life. 3. Excellent products quality. 4. Short delivery times. 5. Helpfulness and speed communication. Production programme: components of hydraulic pumps, fittings, the high voltage transmission systems, pneumatic tools, engines, looms, fire extinguishers and other products in accordance with customer requirements. General parametres of the castings: weight 0.1 up to 30 kg/pc, minimum wall thickness from 4 mm. Material: Aluminium alloys according to standard EN 1706: AlSi12, AlSi12Cu, AlSi10MgMn, AlSi10CuMn, AlSi9Cu3, AlSi7Mg0.3 and the other. Production Technology: 1. Gravity casting into steel moulds. 2. Low pressure casting into steel moulds. 3. Sand casting. Production of prototypes, small and medium-sized series. If needed there are used sand cores in above mentioned technologies. Additional manufacturing processes: 1. Heat treatment - T6 2. Shot blasting 3. CNC machining 4. Wet and powder coating 5. Anodizing 6. Galvanizing 7. Assemble of the final product On-site equipment for quality control of castings: 1. Stationary X-ray unit PHILIPS for non-destructive testing internal quality of castings and completeness assembled assemblies. Commonly used in the sampling and mass production castings. 2. Spectral analyser SPECTROMAXx - chemical composition of supplied castings 3. Hardness tester (HB). 4. VIC Helium leak detector MS50 - Leakage test products against the flow of helium vacuum, according to EN 1779: 1999. The test is used for qualitatively very demanding castings. Element helium as control medium due to its very small-sized molecules guarantees 100% confidence compared to tests using air.
