About ANDRITZ AWEBA GmbH
Who we are
We specialize in the manufacture of complex components of the tooling and engineering, typically in the lot size "one" and even small lots & prototypes. We are equipped with machinery that covers the entire process chain of such components. From the pre-and soft processing, about the hardships in the area of the tool and machine typical types of steel, extends to the finish in air-conditioned rooms, our machinery. Machining Centers / Drilling / milling from DMG / DMU and Hermle, Roeder HSC milling, turning / lathe Mori Seiki and Okuma, grinders grinding / Jig Grinding by Hauser, Kellenberger, and the young and the EDM / DEM Wire EDM / EDM SEM from AgieCharmilles and OPS / Ingersoll are installed by us. With 170 machine operators and 120 machines we make about 450,000 per year production hours. We manufacture plates, frames, stamp guide plates, molded frames, moldings, 3D-shaped parts, guide plates, stripper, stripper plates and precision parts such as stamps, molds up to a size of 2000 x 1700, 3D parts up to 1700 x 1400, turned parts up to diameter 650 x 1000 In-house hardening, coatings (PVD, TiN, TiCN, CrN, WCC) in cooperation. The materials we specialize in tool steels, high alloy steels (1.2379, 1.2343 ESR, 1.2344, 1.2311, 1.2312, 1.3343, Divar) powder metallurgy steels, PM steels (CPM, ASP, Vanadis VAN, REX, Hotvar) as well as hard metal carbide ( G10, G20, G30, K10, K20, K40, H40S).
