Who we are
B-Components GmbH is an engineering and manufacturing partner specializing in high-strength connection systems and aluminum cast components for mechanical engineering, metal construction, façade systems, balconies, and industrial applications. We support our customers from the initial concept through design optimization to serial production. With extensive experience in product development, structural engineering, FEM analysis, and manufacturing processes, we optimize components for cost-effective production while maintaining high mechanical performance. Our core expertise includes gravity die casting, low-pressure die casting (LPDC), and high-pressure die casting (HPDC). Through our network of qualified manufacturing partners, we supply fully machined and assembly-ready components, including CNC machining, surface finishing, heat treatment, and sub-assembly. In addition to cast components, we develop innovative weld-free connection systems for aluminum and steel structures. Our solutions simplify installation, compensate for construction tolerances, reduce manufacturing costs, and improve assembly efficiency.
