About ČZ a.s. Division Al Foundry
Who we are
ČZ a.s. Division Al Foundry is a part of the ČZ a.s. holding, which was founded in 1914 and has now 5 different divisions (Al Foundry, Iron Foundry, Tool Shop, Turbo, Auto) and three LLCs - ČZ Chains, ČZ Machine Plant, ČZ Gastro).
Due to the long-term tradition, the Al foundry production was subsequently serving for different sectors of the automotive industry, as an example the production of castings for engine parts or its components.
At the present time, the Division Al Foundry has 200 highly qualified employees with a long-term work practice using 6000 m2 of production area.
Al Foundry is a holder of the quality system according to the ISO/ TS 16949 and 14001:2004,
further on is certified within the Secure Company system.

EN AC 47 100 - DIN 231
Casting are being produced in a range of 0,1 - 8 kg

6 x CLH 630 t – 1x fully automatic incl. trimming, 1x half-automatic (spray robot)
1 x DAK 880 FRECH – fully automatic including trimming

Die-casting machines are made by: Frech, Hydac, DEL, Snina

Low-frequency resistance furnace Siemens – output 250kg/hr, volume 1.000kg,
Degassing equipment ammonia-based.
