Who we are

Dipl.-Ing. Siegfried Müller GmbH & Co. KG was founded in 1948 and has since been a reliable partner for high-quality zinc die-cast parts and assemblies. As a medium-sized family business based in Velbert, North Rhine-Westphalia, we look back on over 75 years of experience and innovation. Our modern machinery includes 11 zinc die-casting machines with clamping forces ranging from 20 to 315 tons. A particular highlight is our 315-ton die-casting machine, of which there are only a few in Germany. With this powerful machinery, we produce a wide range of components – from high-precision parts with the most demanding surface requirements to robust cast components. We manufacture parts weighing from 2 grams to 4 kilograms. Our mechanical processing is carried out using six state-of-the-art CNC machining centers, some with four axes, as well as special machines for specific products. Our machine park is complemented by drilling and thread-cutting machines. This enables us to ensure the highest precision and flexibility in meeting individual customer requirements. Thanks to cutting-edge technologies and the dedication of our approximately 90 employees, we meet the high-quality standards of customers from various industries, including medical technology, electronics/automotive, mechanical and plant engineering, and the furniture industry. In our mold and toolmaking department, we conduct mold filling simulations before production, optimizing gating systems until we achieve an optimal mold filling and, thus, the highest casting quality. Continuous investments in modern technologies, including automation, as well as certification according to ISO 9001:2015, underscore our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Our many years of experience and our pursuit of continuous improvement make us a reliable partner for demanding cast parts.
