Eisenmann Druckguss - Ihr Partner in Sachen Druckguss Exceptional Expertise with Zinc and Aluminum Every year more than 80 million parts are manufactured in our facilities. A number that speaks volumes about our status as a supplier of choice for superior quality die castings. Like many successful start-ups today, our company began life in a garage. Or more accurately, in a basement - where, in 1933, Fritz Eisenmann began using a specially modified casting machine which even then achieved the breathtaking precision of one hundredth of a millimeter. This legendary device laid the foundation for our current manufacturing operations. In fact, the old machine is still in good working order, and is used for training purposes- carrying on our founder´s tradition of striving for perfection. Zero margin of error, maximum precision, minimum tolerance, process accuracy, FMEA, finite element analysis, holistic thinking, sustainable business practices. Thanks to a multitude of innovations and decades of experience, we are able to continuously raise quality standards while increasing efficiency of our manufacturing processes. And that´s an approach valued by our customers, who enjoy a significant competitive advantage as a result. Our proven and certified processes enable low wall thickness, dramatically reducing weight and material costs. Combining high surface quality with maximum dimensional accuracy and stability, our products leave nothing to be desired.
