Who we are
The company developing and manufacturing Eßbach was founded in Berthelsdorf 1999. Since April 2007, we relocated our headquarters to Brand-Erbisdorf. Here are covering an area of 750m ² various machining centers, design workstations and above average well-trained staff available with which we can also realize your tasks! Our high quality standards are certified by our certification to DIN ISO 9001. Examples of our products you can found in our website www.efe-essbach.de. Our main pillar is the development, production and distribution of heat sinks for power electronics. In addition to liquid cooling body systems based Unicool we also manufacture air-cooling systems of the body or combined devices after the system coldplate. Of course, we adjust the devices on your required specifications. Customers who use our products or benefits, include Siemens, Bosch, Baumuller, Bonfiglioli Vectron GmbH and Lust Antriebstechnik GmbH. In addition to the production of heat sinks, we operate a small special engineering. With this we are able to manufacture high quality facilities capable of over CAD design and CAD / CAM Interfaces. Thus, several different labeling systems to the standard product labeling including PDC connection were realized in our home. The investments are made entirely with control, and CNC-axes and delivered. Our customers can be found among others in the field of automotive and supply industry. Examples are: - Test benches for drive spindles with data acquisition - Labeling systems with freely programmable CNC axes 800x600x400 - Marking gear parts with interface to the PPS system - Devices for assembly and testing purposes - Molds for aluminum cast parts up to sizes of 800mm, including processing of castings when required - Special coolant systems for machine tools With our technology, we are able to realize customer-specific solutions, including the manufacture of parts and assemblies.Our machinery, we have expanded to operate and in particular the following machines: - 1 CNC machining centers with tool change 2000x800x800mm, internal cooling and swivel head - 1 CNC machining center 1000x500x400mm with tool changes and internal cooling - 1 CNC machining centers with tool change 500x400x400mm and NC rotary table - 1 universal CNC milling machine 800x400x400 (vertical and horizontal) - 1 CNC lathe, diameter 300mm long and 300 - Conventional turning up to 1000mm long - NC mandrel tube bending machine to D 26x2mm VA tube - Korundstrahlkabine for VA materials - Edelstahlbeizeinrichtung inside and outside - TIG welding workplace The CNC machines are connected to our CAD / CAM system and thus to work in a position to meet your or our drawings. Again, we have customers such as Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG, Deckel Maho, Samputensili GmbH, Bharat Forge Aluminum GmbH & Co.KG or Licatec GmbH.
