About Ergocast GmbH
Who we are
Due to a clear technological competitive edge in the foundry technic, the enterprise Ergocast is always able to offer special mature products to the market.
We manufacture gray iron and spheroidal iron pieces up to a piece weight of max. 100 kilogramme in series, which mostly finds usage in the drive engineer technology (e.g. castings for gears and steerings) and hydraulics. That way with our products we make sure, that e.g. an agricultural tractor can provide its full power.
Thru the mechanized mouldmaking in the furan resin bonded sand, we manufacture gray iron and spheroidal iron pieces in low volume production from circa 200 kilogramme up to 4,000 kilogramme weight per piece. The models are mounted with ingating system on model sheets. By demoulding the models mechanically, the models are spared and can be used more often. Due to the longer working life, the model costs can be reduced.
