Who we are

We are a Sand casting Steel Foundry. Our main activity is the cement industry and also security parts of the breaks for high speed railways and heavy truck industry. As you can find in detail on our web-site, we work with 2x 3tn and 2x 2tn induction furnaces. We dispose of two automatic melting lines, one by impact and one chemical moulding and of course the possibility of hand moulding. Different heat treatment furnaces, an integrated own machining shop and the possibility to subcontract many different additional operations complete our manufacturing program. As a reliable supplier, ESTANDA makes available to its customers the latest production, logistic and organisational means to underpin its commitment to supply on time and to guarantee the final quality product. It is a flexible, participatory organisation with highly qualified professionals who have broad industrial experience and who share the same values and hallmarks geared towards customer attention.
