FEIX diecast has specialized in the production of complicated die-cast zinc - specialized parts in the weight range from 0.5g to 500g. For this, the fine zinc alloy ZL 5, ZL material is used primarily 0410. A qualifizieretr mold enables the implementation also extreme demands on the precision of castings. The majority of zinc die casting parts produced by us can be cast so accurately that a post-processing usually not obtained, resulting in significant cost savings. If a post is however still necessary, we use to our CNC milling machines. We attach great importance to optimal surface quality.
