Our company manufactures aluminum pressure die castings, both machined/ready to assemble and raw parts for the following fields of application: -Gas burners parts -Lighting -Automotive -Components for mechanical Transmission -Cookware -Exhaust kits and fan for heating Industrial building: 2.500 square meter 5 robotic work cells operating in automatic,including: 5 die casting machines: 2 die casting machines with clamping force of 400 tons, 2 with 500 tons and 1 with 650 tons 5 trimming tools (die cutting machines) 5 furnaces 5 Robots units Alloys used for production: 65% ENAB 46100 30% PYRAL 5% ENAB 44100 Workshop for mold maintenance Centre of measurement for controls and tests Employees no. 23 Certification: ISO 9001:2008, ISO TS 16949 (End of 2015) Fonderie PL carries out surface finishing treatments as gate cutting (by trimming tools – die cutting) and blasting. through a qualified suppliers network we can grant to our customers also additional machinings like drilling, threading grinding, Lathing, deburring, trimming, tumbling, Painting nickel plating.
