In-house developments: • high-strength cast iron material SiboDur • Analysis methods for obtaining optimal material properties for components • Composite casting with iron and light metal materials • Welding of cast iron Development and validation knowledge: • Product development with the support of the latest computer-aided simulation (CAD & FEM) • Prototype production under series conditions • Casting-specific material and process development
