Created in 1981, FUNDICIONES JULCAR S. L, certified ISO 9001, IATF 16949 (promptly IATF 16949) and ISO 14001 is a company dedicated in Aluminium and Zamak High Pressure Die Castings. Our business core is the following: * Parts from 10g to 2,5kg * Medium & Large Series (from30.000 to 800.000 parts depending on the size of the part) * 7 Aluminium machines from 125T to 560T * 4 Zamak machines from 80T to 220T With the extensive experience acquired over the years, we guarantee our customers the best quality for their parts at very competitive prices. Specialized in the Automotive Sector which represents today 85% of our turnover, our quality policy is thus based on our customer’s satisfaction & on always reaching the strictest quality standards required by our clients. That is why our products have always met and will consistently meet their specifications & technical requirements (very small tolerances, shot-blasting, machining, surface treatment).
