Who we are
Rotary friction welding specialists since 1991. We engineer the process, build the machines and weld your components, from trial joints to series production. Friction welding delivers a full cross-section, forged-quality bond without filler metal or fumes, and often replaces costly forgings or parts machined from solid bar. HARLO has focused on this single discipline for over three decades. We build our own machines, control software included, and develop tooling and parameters around each component. - Weldability trials and feasibility studies, including dissimilar metals - Process qualification with WPS and full documentation - Contract welding from prototypes to series production - 100% in-process monitoring with full traceability - In-cycle flash removal, parts ready for machining - Bespoke friction welding machines and fixtures Send us a drawing, material and annual volume for a feasibility assessment and trial-weld quotation.
