Benefit from our experience Since 1964 we manufacture high quality aluminum castings in Kokillengießerfahren in Germany. Our international client base includes large areas of mechanical engineering, electrical and lighting industry as well as the facade. In order to meet the increased cost awareness of our customers, we offer since 1992 - through the cooperation with two companies - the manufacture of mold and die casting parts at cost location in Poland. Range of services: -Expert advice in the preparation of casting designs, taking into account individual customer requirements as well as high efficiency -Complete handling of tool manufacture and sampling with Initial Sample Inspection Report Small, medium and large-scale production of castings with unit weights of 0.02 kg to 20 kg hydraulic molding machines -Comprehensive Rohteilbehandlung with qualified partners: Mechanical machining, heat treatment, surface treatment (paint, KTL-coating, anodizing, etc.), vacuum impregnation -Montage/Konfektionierung Our production is subject to ongoing quality assurance according to DIN ISO 9001:2000.
