KMM Processing provides qualitative services in the field of precise CNC lathe machining of bronze, brass, aluminum alloys as well as diverse steels on high-performance conventional type CNC turning machines. Output of KMM Processing has a wide range of application in such areas as shipbuilding, automotive and vehicle construction, hydraulics, machine building and others. Rich assortment of workpieces includes various bushings, fittings, flanges, washers, O-rings, sleeves and none-standard parts according to client’s requirements. Machines equipped with bar loading mechanisms. Production capacity allows to machine parts with µ-tolerance and fine finish at earliest possible date. Batches usually start from ten and end with several hundred thousand pieces per order. Quotations are carried out in maximum tight terms on basis of drawing’s specification or 3D model’s data. CAM software Mastercam is implemented to simplify NC programming and set-up of machines for parts with complex geometry.
