Who we are
Dear Ladies and Gentlemen, in this way, we would like to introduce ourselves to you. We are a medium sized company that is established for over 50 years in the Baden Stone walls operates near Rastatt. Our production range includes: CNC turning, CNC milling and drilling as well as friction welding of different parts with a batch size 10-50000 piece. We are known for our quality and on-time delivery performance and is striving to provide our customer's satisfaction. Some of our major customers keep us so for almost 30 years already loyal. We can cover a wide range of parts. We manufacture various Parts, among other things for the hydraulics, construction, shipbuilding, engineering, and automotive industries. Our production portfolio consists of: • CNC - turning up to Ø 500mm, length up to 1500mm • CNC - Milling x 500mm, y 400mm, 500mm z • CNC - drilling x 500mm, y 400mm, 500mm z • Friction welding length up to 1500mm, Ø depending on the material • Saw We produce on our 14 Index CNC - lathes, 6 Heller horizontal machining centers, 2 Kasto bandsaw, a wide range of parts with lot sizes ranging from 10 - 50000 pieces. For over 20 years we have specialized in, among other friction welding. In our production are currently 2 Kuka friction welding machines (30 tons) with which we can weld different materials together, which makes a high material savings possible. It is one of the most secure connection method for the modern mass production. With our competent partners, we also offer the following services, as Hardening, deep hole drilling, laser welding, grinding and reward, so we can always customize your inquiries if necessary completely. Of course we are TUV certified according to ISO 9001:2008 About a request by you or an idea our part, we would be very happy.
