Since 1968 LA CIBEK die-casting is specialized in the production of technical Aluminum and Zinc alloy components. The company offers its customers high-quality and technically demanding Aluminum and Zinc alloy components, meeting the quality standards required by international markets and always considering the constant technological development of production processes and products. LA CIBEK can satisfy the requirements of each customer providing a specific and prompt response thanks to its long-standing experience and the know-how of its technical staff. La CIBEK die casting is a reliable and competitive partner, which co-works with the customer during the design phase to ensure the optimization and a cost-effective production in the aluminum die casting process. This also has the aim to reduce the machining after casting, with significant time and cost savings. The flexibility of La CIBEK allows to answer the requirements of various sectors, among which agriculture, Electrical, Appliances, hydraulic industry. WHY CHOOSE LA CIBEK DIE-CASTING? LA CIBEK Die-casting is specialized in: 1. Production of Aluminum and Zinc alloy components in small / medium series, but with high quality. 2. Supply of complete Aluminum and Zinc alloy components, comprehensive of trimming, deburring, surface treatments (sandblasting, tumbling, polishing), machining (from a simple sthreading to more complex machinig, providing a 3D-report thanks to the WENZEL LH87X3M machine), protective treatments (powder coating, nickel plating, chrome plating), careful packaging. 3. Use of special alloys (eg. Zamak 27 ZA27C2 - UNI 9408, Magsimal59 Rheinfelden, Rheinfelden Silafont, Piral UNI 6253-58). 4. Production of Aluminum and Zinc alloy components with cast iron inserts, stainless steel and brass. 5. Production of high quality tools with competitive prices. 6. Just-in-time delivery for the items for which a maximum storage amount is agreed with the customer. MACHINERY Using the latest technology and machinery ensures the highest repeatability and quality of the processes. Our machinery consists of automated horizontal - cold-chamber IDRA die-casting machines, and the production takes place in casting cells. The machinery of La CIBEK permits the production die castings weighing from a few grams to 6 kilos, which are used in various fields: agriculture, measuring equipment, cleaning machines for industrial use, professional appliances, hydraulic industry, pneumatics, automation technology and GPL gas plants. The machinery of La CIBEK includes the following presses with cold chamber processes for the production of zamak and aluminum die casting parts : PRESSES - n. 1 IDRA-OL press 200 tons, - n. 1 IDRA-OL press 300 tons, - n. 1 IDRA-OL press 400 tons, - n. 1 IDRA-OL press 500 tons, - n. 1 IDRA-OL press 650 tons. TRIMMING PRESSES - n.1 DIESSE PRESS trimming press 20 tons, - n.1 DIESSE PRESS trimming press 25 tons, - n.1 TECNOPRESS trimming press 20 tons. La CIBEK die-casting works on two shifts. THE QUALITY OF THE DIE CASTING COMPONENT Since 15.05.09 the quality system of La CIBEK die casting is certified according to the standard UNI EN ISO 9001:2008. On 22.11.11 La CIBEK received the environmental certification "Green Metal" by the Association "Comitato per la promoter registrazione EMAS del Distretto Industriale Valli Bresciane", in the European LIFE project ECCELSA 07 ENV/IT/00515 (Environmental Compliance based on Cluster Experiences and Local Sme-oriented Approaches).
