Who we are
We manufacture both grey cast iron and ductile (nodular) cast iron castings with unit weights ranging from approximately 0.5 kg up to 1,400 kg, in small, medium and large production series, in the following material grades: EN-GJL-200 and EN-GJL-250 (according to EN 1561) EN-GJS-400 and EN-GJS-500 (according to EN 1563) Equipped with two 1,200 kg medium-frequency induction furnaces, we are capable of meeting casting requirements across a wide range of industries. Small and medium production runs are manufactured on our FOROMAT semi-automatic moulding machines, while high-volume production is carried out on our DISA automatic moulding line. Custom sizes and quantities are produced by hand moulding. In addition to our bentonite-bonded moulding sand system, we utilize NOVANOL core-making technology. Our annual production capacity is 2,000–2,500 tonnes of castings. The largest moulding boxes used on our semi-automatic machines measure 600 × 800 mm, 900 × 900 mm, and 1,250 × 650 × 450 mm. Through hand moulding, we are also able to manufacture significantly larger castings using mould boxes of up to 1,800 × 1,800 × 1,000/1,000 mm. The minimum wall thickness is 8–10 mm, or 7 mm for ductile iron castings.
