-Design -Development and Manufacturing of Molds for the Plastics Industry, Injection Molding, Cutting and Stamping. -Machining Services Quality Management System Policy: This establishes the general objectives of MOP, being analyzed and revised whenever justified: -Promote the effectiveness of records in the Quality Management System focused on continuous improvement initiatives, on the valorization of its products and services, supported by sustainable growth. -Ensure process management, aligned with established objectives, commitments to clients, employees, suppliers and other stakeholders, focused on increasing the level of satisfaction and involvement of partnerships. -Promote training and development actions that contribute to enhancing and motivating the creativity, innovation and professional development of employees and increasing productivity in the company. -Maintain close communication with employees, suppliers and partners, and create a stable and lasting relationship aimed at achieving the best results, capable of exceeding the expectations of shareholders and stakeholders. -Commitment to ensuring efficient management of resources and means within the ecosystem in which we operate.
