About NIVA GUSS GmbH

Who we are

We are a medium sized company with about 20 employees and make printing and die castings of aluminum and zinc according to customer requirements here. We manufacture in die casting machines with clamping forces between 160 and 300 tons, unit weights 5-3000 grams. The following alloys are mainly shed by us: 226 D, 230 D, Silafont 09, 231 K, 410 and ZN1110 ZN. Neber the foundry, we have the ability to edit the gegossenene of us parts to customer specifications. Among other things, we can cut thread, grind and perform various surface treatments. We have a tool shop, which is mainly used for the repair and maintenance of customer-owned tools. Smaller tools are also manufactured by ourselves. In our company the products are manufactured and controlled according to customer specific test instructions. Process control charts and the regular inspection by our trained staff will ensure a high quality of products manufactured by us. In September 2010, a quality management system was introduced according to DIN 9001:2008.
