Who we are
For more than 30 years we have been the supplier of CONTINENTAL, BOSCH, Schaeffler LUK, FTE.
The Rossignol group (divided in 2 plants, 1 in France and 1 in Czech Republic, 75 employees) is specialized in the security parts of the automotive industry for the brake systems.
We deliver 30 million parts per year (piston rods, plungers, assembly piston rod-clevis, screw parts, 2 spheres pistons, ventilkolben…), thus for the all worldwide automotive makers (FORD, BMW, VW, VOLVO, OPEL, RENAULT, PSA, DAIMLER DC, MAZDA, FIAT, FERRARI …).

We are making the clevis on our in-house press machines; we are machining all the parts between diameter 4 to 38mm (CNC, 67 single spindle machines and one area of 15 multispindles). We are also ensuring the welding assembly or riveting (15 machines for pressure riveting), producing forged steel parts, and making a 100% control of all our parts (visual and inspection machine). Our parts are treated internally in our surface treatment plant (new high performance electrogalvanizing since 2007) and we also have a logistic warehouse of 3200m2).
We are independent and can guarantee the control and the quality our products, in addition, since 1999 we have been ISO TS certified.
Please also be aware that we are exporting to various plants located in the United States, Brazil, Mexico, Turkey, Poland, China, Taiwan, Italy, Spain and France.
