Our company has been engaged in the production of quality castings and grinding segments for many years and has been working as a big team of experts that is prepared to do its best and meet your requests as soon as possible. Company is a holder of the ISO 9001/2001 certificate. A technical possibilities allow us to offer to you the products for wood-working industry, paper mills, food-stuff industry, chemical industry, engineering industry, agriculture, automobile industry, railways, metallurgical industry, textile industry. Our company has focused on medium -series production, small-series production and production of individual pieces. Net weight of castings ranges from 1 up to 150 kg. Max. length of piece is approx. 800 mm. Types of the produced castings: - carbon steels - low-alloyed, medium and high-alloyed steels (stainless steel, abresive wear-resistant, fire-resistant, heat-proof steels in accordance with DIN, GOST, ASTM, CSN standards) - ductile irons GGG 40 - GGG 80 - alloyed cast irons (Ni-Resist, Ni-Hard, Sedur, Cr21, ...) We manufacture grinding and pulping segments and special discs for the papermaking and wood proceeding machines, which are standard made of the abrasive wear resistant materials. These materials are used by production of spare parts for sand-blasting machines and wheelabrators as well. We offer finioshed products made of stainless steel for food-stuff industry as well.
