Who we are
S.T.A. WELD s.r.l., a workshop specialized in medium-heavy metal fabrication, based in Tezze sul Brenta (VI). We position ourselves as a contract manufacturing partner for the production of parts, structures, and welded assemblies according to drawings, offering a flexible structure specialized in managing prototypes, single parts, and small lot sizes, even with significant dimensions and weight. In particular, we are able to produce: · Medium-heavy metal fabrication: parts and assemblies weighing up to 20 tons and with lengths up to 20 meters; · Manufacturing according to drawings: production of welded structures and complete assemblies according to the customer's technical specifications; · Materials: primarily carbon steel, with the ability to also process stainless steel; · Thicknesses: processing from 3 to 450 mm; · Welding: MAG, MIG, and TIG processes; · Certifications: compliance with EN 1090 and ISO 3834. · Internal services: o Pre-processing: drilling, threading, planing, and beveling; o Assembly and mounting; o Welding; · External services (relying on highly qualified partners): o Complementary machining and treatments: mechanical machining (milling, turning), sandblasting, liquid painting and powder coating, hot-dip galvanizing, specific heat treatments (stress relieving, normalizing); o Precision dimensional inspection; Adapting to the customer's specific manufacturing requirements, we are particularly oriented towards the production of: machine tool bases, welded trusses, machinery and components for steel plants, steel structures.
