Who we are

We are a Automatic CNC Turnery (founded in 1983 ) that produce precision metal parts, components and assemblies We ensure: - reduced times for the realization of batches - constant quality on each piece - KAN-BAN deliveries, - For delivery, we make use of qualified carriers that offer a quick and safe service on the whole national territory and abroad. We are competitive with batches starting from 100 pieces, on diameters from 2 to 70 millimeters from the bar. Materials utilized: We make use of the best steel mills on the market, to always ensure a perfect performance of our products and we are able to trace each batch. In addition to common and automatic steels, light alloys (aluminium), brass, bronze, plastic, we have gained a large experience on the processing of: - Austenitic stainless steels series “300” - Ferritic and martensitic stainless steels series “400” - Alloys and super alloys, Inconel, titanium, duplex e super duplex - Alloy steels, quenched and tempered steels We manufacture particulars and components for the following sectors, according to the customer’s specific design: • Medical/Biomedical • Hydraulic, fluids flowing • Pneumatic • Packaging, Food Industry, Pharmaceutical • Automotive, Motorcycle and Cycling • Industrial Automation • Railway / Cableway • Electronic • Sustainable Energy • Gardening/Hobby • Earthworks and Agricultural in general • Window and door fixtures Where required, we can carry out the assembly of the Articles, in the specific area within our Production Departments and, for the Medical sector, we have a dedicated assembly hall
