Who we are
Torneria Montesi has been operating since 1964 as a trusted partner in the subcontracting of mechanical components in numerous industrial sectors. We are a company that produces custom-made components and standard products for our catalog using mechanical turning and rolling processes. The surface is organized on two production divisions in which the machine tools dedicated to turning and rolled threading are coordinated. To support there are two logistic units dedicated to the warehouse and distribution. Safe, organized and controlled environments reflect their own order on the work of collaborators, guaranteeing precision and punctuality. We are specialized in proposing innovative techniques and appropriate solutions for the creation of each single component. Our strength: The synergy between technological areas: turning and cold forming are in close contact to integrate into the efficiency of production but also to become complementary to each other in the production challenges of qualitative excellence. The synergy between production logics: custom-made products made to design with lean and kanban philosophy intersect with standardized products stored in the warehouse and offered for industrial distribution. The synergy between product logics: customized products inspire evolutions and improvements of our standard products. Synergy with customers and suppliers: from our customers we look for challenges that can allow us to grow, from our suppliers we obtain increasingly targeted solutions. The synergy between our people: we all have room for improvement and the first opportunity to obtain it is the sharing and comparison of knowledge within us.
