Who we are
VandeGrijp is specialized in production of thick walled tubes, tubular structures and associated products. Established in 1928, VandeGrijp has built a vast experience in the production of rolled products with a strong presence in the dredging industry. In addition to supplies for the dredging industry, VandeGrijp has used its experience in rolling and welding to build spud poles, spreader bars, platform modules and pile hammers, or any other tube section requested. With halls and machines capable of accommodating tubes up to 10 meters in diameter and more than 100 meters length, VandeGrijp offers flexibility and reliability. Shipping of these large and heavy products is conveniently accommodated at its own harbor with Ro-Ro Quay. VandeGrijp handles large-batch quantities and single items to customer’s specifications with high regard for quality. Materials of construction may be common, wear resistant, or high tensile steel grades. VandeGrijp has a highly capable workforce able to meet your most challenging needs. DescriptionDie Herstellung einer Neuheit Hammers für Offshore-Wind Bohrpfähle, die Wasser als Antriebskraft verwendet. VandeGrijp wurde gebeten, auf die Produktion Layout und Möglichkeiten in der frühesten Entwicklungsphase zu beraten. Während der Produktion arbeitete Kunde auf Detail-Engineering mit konstantem Feedback.

Pile Followers
DescriptionDie Herstellung von zwei Haufen Anhänger mit 100 mm Wandstärke, einschließlich aller Accessoires. Herstellungszeit wurde auf ein Minimum, selbst mit der erforderlichen Wärmenachbehandlung gehalten. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden Seaway Schwer beide Anhänger Hebe wurden 8 Wochen nach Auftragsvergabe geliefert. Pressure Pipeline
DescriptionHerstellung von 4 km von Druckrohren für ausbaggern Linie in Algerien. Insgesamt 330 hergestellten Rohre mit 660 Flansche mit diesen verschweißt. Lieferung wurde reichlich innerhalb der vereinbarten Lieferzeit von 8 bis 10 Wochen abgeschlossen. Gewicht: 500 Tonnen Länge: 4 km Durchmesser: 520 mm Wandstärke: 10 mm

Spreader bar
DescriptionDie Herstellung eines kompletten Spreizstange einschließlich Last-out. Der Streuer wurde entworfen und zusammen mit Dritten gebaut.
