Who we are

The VS CAST AG is a leading company for the production of thin-walled castings of black and white malleable and gray and ductile iron with a weight of 1 g to about 2,0 kg. Every month, around 15 million pieces of various design are produced. Our manufacturing process enables the casting of complex geometries with wall thicknesses from 2 mm thickness. We often reach already in the raw casting a significant reduction in component weight. By realizable tight tolerances and smooth surface, we offer an affordable alternative to investment casting, forging, stamping and die cast parts. We manufacture on fully automatic forming machines. This economical production is guaranteed, we are interested in large quantities. In close cooperation with our customers, we provide the necessary know-how on the technical implementation of complex requirements. Because of our unique model of our technology and fine clay-bonded sand have our castings on a clean surface finish and high dimensional accuracy and guarantee substantial material and processing savings.The finishing and surface finishing ¬ edelung of castings is also available on most modern facilities. As a specialist in small and malleable cast iron parts we can offer our customers a variety of markets such as the automotive, electrical and lock industry, the machinery and mining, fastening technology, and interesting from many other sectors and effective solutions. We are working on an international basis, our export rate is about 70%.
