Who we are
Our foundry LIVARNA GORICA, shortly called LIGO Foundry is located very centrally located next to the Italian-Slovenian border north of Trieste, and is for 11 years, a 100% subsidiary of the company ERNST ZÜRN in Munich. The foundry has been greatly modernized in recent years, with new technologies. Our production has been greatly expanded in recent years and new capacities have been created. Your advantage: You have one contact in Munich (Sales / Technical) and if necessary a security camp here in Germany. The foundry is mainly specializes in gray iron castings in the range 0.5 - about 24 KG, which are produced on a modern and very fast DISAMATIC line. LIGO has over 60 years experience in the Graugußproduktion for a variety of customers in the automotive, agriculture, hydraulics and pumps industry, engineering, construction, industry, etc. AGS-additionally provides the possibility of processing castings and machining and mounting options in their own branch in Germany and takes over the complete acquisition of logistical tasks to delivery.Our logistics network reaches customers throughout Europe to go up to Sweden. Besides its own Gußherstellung in Slovenia ZÜRN also has a wide network of foundry partners in Eastern Europe and the Far East, which enabled us to you in addition, different materials (eg, aluminum, nodular cast iron, malleable iron, etc.) on a variety of molding equipment cost and from reliable sources produce.
