GTK-Prototype UG was founded in 2014 by Tobias Günther and initially dealt with rapid prototyping machines. Over the years, CNC milling and turning as well as assembly and development work were added due to customer requirements. GTK-Prototype develops and designs on behalf of customers as well as internally using the most modern CAD systems such as Solid Works, Autodesk Inventor, Fusion 360 and others and inserts them into a comprehensive CAM system. Through the production of prototypes in medical technology, mechanical engineering and the automotive sector, GTK-Prototype was able to acquire extensive experience in manufacturing. In 2018, the production option laser cutting was added. GTK-Prototype is currently based in Neuhausen near Tuttlingen and will move to the newly built company location in Radolfzell in the course of 2022.

In 2005 Lothar Wachholz, Edgar Schrade and Harald Späth founded CSP Cut Systems Pfronstetten GmbH to manufacture sheet metal parts for the construction machinery company Terex Schaeff in Langenburg. After the corresponding sheet metal processing machines had already been procured, but the order did not come about as planned, other orders were looked for in the laser and edging contract manufacturing area instead. New innovations Due to the constant change in product requirements, the services, competencies and capacities of CSP have steadily expanded over time. In 2008, the intensification of the previously sluggish demand for transport systems for the automotive sector opened up new markets. The time was ripe for these products. In addition, thanks to the ongoing development of our in-house transport system - including automatic loading systems and storage options - more and more customers were enthusiastic about these solutions. Since the existing space was no longer sufficient in the meantime, the production area was also enlarged by 1,000 m² in 2008 with the construction of a new production hall. In addition, our contract manufacturing and special machine construction complement the growing intralogistics product area with numerous synergy effects. I offer rapid prototyping services for individuals, for companies, and for all those who need to bring their ideas to life quickly. Great attention is given to the reproduction of all the details that contribute to the birth of a unique product corresponding to your expectations. To bring your ideas to life I use various 3D modeling software, both parametric and through the use of non-parametric surfaces. My 3D printers, with FDM technology, allow me to print various types of materials such as PLA, ABS, PETG, ASA, NYLON, ABS reinforced with carbon fiber. I also carry out post production of models by smoothing the layers, applying primer, grouting and painting.

We founded MPjetting in spring 2021 with the idea of offering and manufacturing 3D sand molds for the open market. We are particularly proud to be the first company in Austria to have our own 3D sand printer. We have found a suitable production site in the halls of a former leather factory. We started production here on November 1st, 2021. The advantages of 3D printing include the fast throughput time from data entry to the delivery of the components, the unlimited variety of geometries and the cost savings due to the classic model facilities that are not required.
