Our offer includes turning, milling, grinding, laser cutting and welding. We comprehensively carry out the entire task entrusted to the client, including designing parts from the beginning. The VIT BUL S.R.L., is an automatic turnery, for over fifty years, established itself in the production of high-precision metal parts. Based on our customers’ projects and samples, VIT BUL S.R.L. is able to reproduce faithfully any precision turned item, working from 3 mm to 60 mm diameter. Upon request, we realize sampling of articles, and our technical office studies the best project in order to guarantee the lowest cost and highest functionality. We manage orders from 300/400 pieces to 50.000 pieces. Our current machinery inventory, composed by single spindle CNC and CAMMES, allows us to use every type of ferrous and non-ferrous material: AVP (11SMnpb37) PR80 (36SMnPb14) BRASS ALUMINUM C40/45 AISI 303 / 304 / 316 / 430 COPPER NYLON DERLIN Besides our ordinary turning production, we offer also: rest-machining, boring, cutting, grinding, and assembling. We realize an accurate control on items thank to specific optical instruments in order to verify the total lack of flaws and imperfections. At the end, we deal with the cleansing of dirty and deoiled pieces, in order to avoid residuals. This way, we are able to provide flawless, degreased, clean items in compliance with pollution standards. We realize also personalized assembly according to our customers’ needs, in order to deliver a ready-to-use item. UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 Certified partners and certified process flows and productive processes allow us to provide our customers high quality items, certified quality system UNI EN ISO 9001:2008. ISO 9001:2008 certification determines a series of procedures that a company must follow during the productive processes and during services supplies. Follow a quality certification allow us to correctly plan every production, to program spot checks in details, and to monitor the productive process from the beginning to the end. At the end of the process flow, we make accurate tolerance tests through the compilation of technical reports. This way, we are able to guarantee control and the perfect item realization. Our machine allows us to work from a minimum diameter of 3 mm up to a maximum of 65 mm diameter. We are manufacturer of hand-operated screwdrivers and bits of all kinds. Moreover, a focus of our production, the production of special tools, forming and bending metal parts (round, 4-ct -., Or 6-ct-steel). Another important focus of our production is the own heat and also a very extensive plastic injection molding. The company's R & H Metal Processing GmbH was founded in 1990 as a one-man company. Since then, the growth of the company has steadily continued. The contracting company has steadily expanded in CNC turning technology. Since 2 years, milled parts can be manufactured economically in our own production. At the same time, the company also offers the Kanban system. This allows parts manufactured at low cost and just be delivered in time to the customer. In fall 2006, the foundation was set for further expansion of the company and started the beginning of a new production hall with 1000 sqm.
