TEHNOMAT (pronounced Technomat) is a family company formally established in 1991, immediately after Slovenia's independence. It continues an enterprise established in the town of Kranj over 30 years ago by Drago Česnik. In 2003, the company moved to a new 2,400 square metre site where an improved working environment has provided conditions for expanded production and sales. The company permanently employs 10 workers. All employees are constantly involved in training in such areas as comprehension/recognition of new material and operation of new machinery at all stages of production, particularly the use of CAD-CAM technologies. With the help of modern CNC lathes and machining centers, we meet all requirements for the end product. In addition to the processing of large and medium-sized series, we also specialize in the processing of small series and the fast production of individual parts and prototypes. We manufacture turned parts up to a maximum diameter of 900 mm and work in a milling area of 1,000 x 600 x 600. The clamping fixtures required for production are manufactured in our own fixture construction and are therefore precisely tailored to the production conditions.
