The Franz Huber GmbH is a recognized supplier companies with 25 employees, located in the areas of Mechanical Production (range: x 7300, y 1500, z 1800 mm), oxy-fuel cutting and welding constructions has been established in the southwest of Germany. With our new machining center we are able to process work pieces with a length of up to 7.30 meters and weighing up to 10 tons with maximum accuracy. In June 2009, we received a new machining center with rotary table 2500 x 2500 mm (parts up to 25 tons). Our main work consist of carbon steel preparation and finishing processes such as metal cutting, bending, carbon steel plate rolling up to 16 mm, MIG/MAG and flux welding, blasting and wet dyeing. We specialize in sheet metal processing from 2 to 35 mm thickness. We do not specialize in massive production where is necessary CNC turning, CNC milling, though we have turning and milling machinery. We make small amounts of stainless steel constructions for the prime customers, also. Progresas AB produce: 1. metal constructions for machinery, agricultural and building industry, industrial heating boilers, containers etc. 2. cylinder metal constructions 1 – 16 mm sheet thick, up to 6000 mm width., up to 20 tons weight. e.g. horizontal cylinder tanks according to EN 12285 according to the certificate for oil up to 100 m3. Ingenieurbau Bismark (IBB) GmbH was founded in 1990 and is headquartered in 39629 Bismark. Ingenieurbau Bismark GmbH currently employs 38 people. The core area of the company is steel and plant engineering. The product profile covers the design, manufacture and assembly of complete steel buildings in system construction as well as special structures. Production takes place in a production hall with an area of 6,000 m². The core of modern production technology is a PCD 1100/1100 DG CNC drilling and sawing machine.
