MetOto Hot Forging & Machining Ltd serves for more than 40 years especially in automotive market. Our capabilities in both hot forging & machining plus comply to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016. The company exists since 1909 and is in fourth Generation led by Mr. Stefan coach. We currently employ 28 employees. The entire business process is integrated into a constantly evolving quality system according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2000 and an environmental protection system. Customer requirements can be implemented quickly because of our narrow administration, associated short decision paths and its own tool. We manufacture stampings with a mass of up to 8 kg in small to medium batch sizes and all grades of steel and copper. When forging plants are screw presses and crank presses with up to 1000 t compressive force and a maul with 63 KJ working capacity available. Our satisfied customers come from the automotive, rail, valve industry, mechanical engineering, material handling equipment, etc..

ZOP Co. Ltd. Forging Plant (Z.O.P.) was established on 1st of April, 2000 and is a subsidiary of the PZL-Świdnik S.A. The company was created throughout of the PZL Świdnik departments (former Forging Shop Department which was established in 1954) into an independent company of a limited liability. Basing on fifty years of experience currently, ZOP is able to offer high quality forgings, which are successfully applied not only in aviation industry but also in the produktion of land vehicles (passenger cars, trucks, special vehicles) energetic, architecture, machinery industry and special military vehicles not only in Poland but also abroad, in France, Italy, German, USA.

The core competence of COLDEX lies in the production of technical extrusions made from aluminum and its alloys, the design and production of the necessary flow molding and finishing tool sets, as well as a wide range of the extrusion downstream treatment processes. With the cold extrusion technology can be a wealth of forms produced with significant technical and economic advantages. For 40 years COLDEX produces highly accurate and cost-extruded parts. Fratelli Risetti has specialized in hot forging steels for a century now. The production activity, while embracing a multiplicity of different production areas, is mainly aimed at the petrochemical industry, agricultural and earth-moving machinery, industrial vehicles and the railway industry.
