We currently have two in our sheet metal processing plant in Wörth Trumpf CO² laser systems, with which we can process thicknesses in the steel range of 1-25mm and in the stainless steel and aluminum range of 1-10mm. The working range of our systems is 3000*1500 mm. We can bend sheet metal parts on our press brake up to a length of 3000 mm and with a press force of max. 220 tons. We have a Rösler Trowalizing system to finish the components. All other surface treatments such as galvanizing, powder coating, etc. are carried out via our cooperation partners in this area, here we take over the complete administration for our customers as a service.

Development Innovation Center, an institution for the promotion of entrepreneurship, research and development is established by the Sibenik-Knin County. The Central Finance and Contracting Agency has approved within IPA program funds for its arrangement and equipment. Apart from the EU funds, the project is co-financed by the Šibenik-Knin County. Facilities intended for activities connected to regional development and encouragement of entrepreneurship in development of new technologies and final products are being equipped in an ex-military complex that was given to the city of Šibenik by the state. Maritime Innovation Center iNAVIS is also located in the same facilities. The facilities consist of a laboratory for testing the quality of aluminium products and other metal products, construction bureau and workshop for construction of models of final products, exhibition area for innovators, conference hall intended for education of entrepreneurs, primarily in new technologies - 3D product design and preparation for CNC production, holding meetings, presentations, center for renewable energy sources, center for clusters and office for EU projects. The size of the center is approximately 800 m2. Apart from arrangement and equipment of the facilities, activities connected to education of regional and local government employees as well as entrepreneurs in usage of new technologies in production (of mostly aluminium products) also take place in the facilities. Pfaff GmbH, based in Waldkirch near Freiburg, was founded in 1992 by Mr. Adolf Pfaff and is an owner-managed company. In 2018 the management was taken over by daughter Corinna Pfaff. Her husband, Andreas Buff, is the company's technical director, authorized signatory, and the creative mind of the company. A clear company size and a team of experts guarantee fast and direct communication channels as well as a high degree of flexibility. State-of-the-art construction and manufacturing technology puts us in a position to meet particularly high demands on materials, tools and machines. Modern production, qualified personnel and quality management certified according to ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 guarantee our customers excellent quality in economic production. As part of our expansion, we have invested continuously in recent years in our modern machinery and qualified employees. Today we employ 17 people and produce in a one and a half-shift operation on an area of 700 square meters.

We are a medium-sized company and have been dealing with the manufacture of parts and components for special machines and plant construction for over 10 years.
