Mekaltek is a company specialized in metal processing. We act as a contract manufacturer for leading press plants in our region, including well-known companies such as Erdoğanlar Alüminyum, Zinca Metal, Bor Alüminyum, Ersaş Alüminyum, Gülsan Alüminyum, Sistem Alüminyum, Burak Alüminyum and Arfen Alüminyum. Founded in 2021 with a CNC machine, we are now the largest and most capable mechanical processing company in our region with 15 CNC machines, 5 punch machines and 7 saws. That is why around 20 extrusion companies in our region trust us and have their mechanically processed profiles manufactured by us. In addition to aluminum processing, we aim to create a separate area in the same factory for mechanical processing of steel materials, laser cutting machines, tube laser machines and robot-assisted welding work. Our goal is not only to offer our customers excellent service, but also to offer them all services from a single source. Mekaltek aims to become a fully integrated processing center. As a result of our many years of experience in the industry, we have many close friends who work as plant managers, surface treatment managers and planning managers in the extrusion plants in our region. That is why we always have up-to-date information about which plant has spare capacity, which manufacturer has the best surface treatments and what capabilities the factories have.

Vemes production is a small private enterprise that was established by the end of 2017. The main activity is machining of metal products. Production is designed as a service activity where different machine parts are produced according to customer wishes, or as a partner for external services.

Metal System is company in Stalowa Wola, we are production and service company in metal industry based in Poland. Our speciality is production for the automotive foundry industry (e.g. production or renovation of casting molds for aluminium rims, others casting tooling production etc.) but we also produce for other industries, in the country and abroad. We already manufacture for companies such as Borbet, Ronal, Federal Mogul, Toyota, Superior Industries, Thoni Alutec, in the attachment I am sending you our short presentation.

The company “Hafelder Kunststoffwerk” was founded in 1945 by Mr. Ing. Zittmayr in Hafeld (Upper Austria). Back then, only plastic injection machines were used (source drinking basin production). In 1990, the company was acquired by Friedrich Gruber and continued to operate as a plastic injection moulding plant. Later, the first spare parts for spring basins were produced in-house. (First machine - Emco 342S). More and more lathes were gradually purchased, including two machining centers. From 2000, the company moved to the new premises of a former office furniture factory. Currently, around 100,000 turned parts are manufactured every month from a wide variety of materials such as brass, stainless steel, copper, cast iron, plastic, titanium, steel, etc. In 2002, another turning shop (Ing. Arzberger in Trumau), including machines and customers, was taken over. As a result, our company was almost doubled in size and renamed Hafelder Präzisionteile GmbH. In recent years, production has increasingly switched to special, turned and milled parts and mainly parts have been manufactured which must meet high requirements or have very low tolerances in the thousandths range.

Our business, founded in 1984 deals with precision mechanics workmanship on commission, availing of highly qualified personnel and numerically controlled machines. The raw materials used are all types of steel, cast iron, brass, bronze, aluminium and plastics. Tailor-made products can be completed with heat and surface treatments and with mechanical group assembly.

SERVICES We provide services of machine production of parts, to order, CNC machining of metals. In cooperation with our long-term and proven partners, we work on other post-processes until the final product. We are able to deliver goods throughout the EU. The goal is to deliver the product exactly according to the required specification, on time, without exception. Proof of the quality of our business are our long-term partners from the EU, primarily Germany.

Our company history begins in June 2016 with the founding of our company. From the outset, our focus was on the production of high-quality turning and milling products. After just two years, we moved to larger premises to meet increasing requirements. Over time, we have continuously expanded our machinery in order to be able to offer our customers an even wider range of products and services. By 2022, our machinery inventory grew by a further 8 machines, to a total of 10 machines. Our latest project is to expand our manufacturing capabilities with 17 multi-spindle automatic lathes. These cover a diameter range of 6 mm to 67 mm. Here, we focus on the mass production of drum parts and hydraulic components.

Spinko is the company specialized in aluminium HPDC proces, machining aluminium HPDC and gravity castings, machining of iron, steel and stainless steel parts. We do also preassembly processes, leakage tests and parts marking.

We manufacture large and small series according to drawings or samples with single-spindle automatic lathes from the manufacturer Traub (A15, A20, A25) and Index (25, C29, B60), as well as special designs with eye-hand coordination. Our repertoire includes the production of short turned parts in a wide range of metallic round materials, such as free cutting steel, brass, VA, aluminum, gunmetal, etc. in the area of ø 3mm to ø 60mm and a length of up to 190mm - and this at competitive prices.
