RONAS s. r. o. (Ltd.) ranks amongst the leading manufacturers of injection moulds for thermoplastics, progressive and stamping die tools. RONAS is also the leading supplier of moulded articles. In March 2003, our company received the prestigious “Sub-supplier of the year” award in the "mechanical engineering” category from the government agency Czechinvest under the patronage of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic, when our company placed third in the competition of companies from the entire Czech Republic. The Tools Division specializes in the design and manufacturing of injection molds up to the weight of 2,5 tons and frame dimensions of 800x600x600 mm. This program represents 77% of total revenues of the Tools Division. We are also equipped to design and manufacture cutting and stamping die tools, max. thickness of metal sheet - 3 mm and maximum dimensions of tool 600x1300 mm, besides precision components and fixtures to customers' requirements. This program represents 15% of total revenues of the Tool Division. The injection mould plant and production of precision parts (about 8% of the total revenues) is also directed towards the automotive, electronical and consumer-goods industry. RONAS s. r. o. has currently about 280 employees and reached a turnover of 9,7 million EUR in the year 2006.

Our company was born in 1993 and owned by the Balogh family. Its two basic activity is injection moulding and plastic injection. Our main competence is described in our mission: “We realize your idea!” It means that we can manage the customer’s complete project from development through mould manufacturing to product injection. We are well known for our ever competitive prices resulting from the complete project management and the firm knowledge accumulated by many years of experience. The company’s customer base is threefold: on one side we are long term suppliers of Hungarian and international industrial companies, General Electric Hungary being our main reference with a partnership since 1996. On the other side we are fulfilling standalone industrial and consumer orders, for example we developed and delivered 40,000 pieces of plastic bucket to Procter&Gamble Hungary. Finally we are manufacturing our own consumer plastic products, such as food storage boxes, cups, combs etc. to our wholesale dealer partners. The injection moulding is supported by CNC controlled equipment, while the plastic injection plant has 15 machines with capability to manufacture plastic products up to 200 grams. Most of our employees are with us for more than 10 years helping the company with their experience to fulfill even the highest quality demands. We produce plastic parts with a wide variety of manufacturing processes, including injection molding and thermoplastic foam casting parts and process them according to customer by ultrasonic welding or hot embossing. Currently we supply our products to the mechanical, electrical and packaging industries, in addition, we have specialized in the processing of high-performance plastics for precision parts. Meccanica Generale is an advanced mold maker with big expertise and long experience in the fields of mould design and construction in the automotive sectors (door panels, carriers, intake manifold, pillars, underhood components, lighting) technical products (also 2k), material handling, domestic appliances, medical devices and we are currently handling some very interesting projects in the aerospace sector (injection molding, with component overmolded, and vibration welding technology involved, with peek material). Parree Metaalwaren en Plastic Industrie B.V. is a subsidiary of the Dutch VDL groep, a group of 75 internationally operating companies with some 6,000 employees and a turnover of EUR 1.400 million in 2006. Parree B.V. produces mainly technical parts and (sub-) assemblies for companies operating in various industries. As a supplier, we have been developing and producing plastic injection moulded parts, metal stamping-, press- en forged parts and small assemblies for more than 50 years. The technological possibilities of a modern tooling plant make Parree an interesting partner for a broad range of applications. Moulds and dies are produced, modified and maintained in our in-house tool shop. Many moulds are bought directly in the Far East. Generally, we mould small plastic parts in almost any engineering thermoplastic using injection-moulding machines of 25 to 1.300 metric tons. Insert- and outsert moulding of (own) metal parts is one of our specialities, in addition to gas injection moulding.
