For over 20 years we have manufactured parts for rotary connector systems. Our manufacturing facility in this area has been designed according to the requirements for the production of such parts. Laser, punched and nibble parts are manufactured exceptionally quickly and effectively in one operation at speeds of up to 140 m per minute. Laser punching combines the advantages of two sheet metal processing technologies to reduce logistical costs and cost-effectively minimize time-consuming manual work. Our hydraulic Trumatic bend bending machines for small, large series or individual pieces always produce optimal results with maximum precision. With a pressing force of up to 2300 kN, a bending length of up to 4.25 m and a free stand passage of up to 3.69 m, we can also precisely process large workpieces for you. Our CNC bolt firing system with a working area of 600 × 800mm a quick processing for bolts of all types. To improve the feel and to ensure safe handling, but also to achieve visual finishing, we used our Timesavers GR42 edge finishing machine. The deburring process removes sharp edges and produces a slightly rounded edge as a result, if desired. Metal edge rounding reaches an edge radius for parts made of metals such as stainless steel. The cut edges end with an even curve of the edge. In a single pass, we achieve an edge rounding of up to 2 mm. Despite all technical progress, our employees are still our greatest asset and are indispensable when assembling your components.
